Beginning at 7 a.m. April 9, southbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane long-term through late July. As work progresses, northbound traffic will be restricted to single lane as well. Various traffic pattern changes, restrictions and shifts will occur during construction.

The prime contractor is Donegal Construction Corp. Overall work will conclude this summer.
