A group calling itself "Tube City Community Public Radio" has filed comments with the Federal Communications Commission objecting to a low-power FM radio application in North Versailles, PA.
This group is not Tube City Community Media Inc. and we are seeking legal redress with the FCC.
The true identity of this group is not clear, but we believe it could be a fictitious name being used by another radio station.
