C-clear Center Calls for Volunteers

The C-clear Center for Innovation and Empowerment is hosting a Clean-up Day on Saturday, September 27 at 10 am.
Individuals and community groups are being asked to volunteer to help clean up the first floor of the historic 327-329 Shaw Avenue location as a first step in a green renovation of the space which will serve as a "destination for learning and a gathering place for the community".
Volunteers are asked to bring a broom and dustpan if they have them. Gloves, garbage bags, other supplies and drinks will be provided. Pizza will be served from 12:30-1 pm.
